CFP originally set up practice to help meet the demand for well designed extensions, refurbishments and conversions in and around our immediate area. We treat each client as an individual and each project as unique.

Chris Picton has worked in architecture for 35 years, firstly as a technician moving onto contract and project management. During this time he has worked on a variety of projects ranging from large private dwellings, public housing schemes, new build and major refurbishment. He project-managed several major public buildings, including a new school, the award-winning Peckham Library and the first pupose-built helathy living centre. This experience is utilised wthin the practice to provide an informed knowledge of both project management and building construction.

Carolyn Fallek (RIBA Dip Arch) trained and qualified at Canterbury College of Art, School of Architecture. She has worked not only in London, but also in Vienna and Jerusalem, covering new build, interior design and renovation. She also trained as a jewellery designer and maker, refining her understanding of projects from the overall concept down to the finest of details.

Through close liaison with the client, CFP interprets your requirements into a finished project which will enhance your lifestyle. They pay attention to detail, and are particularly inspired by the effective use of light.
